Our tech was honest about the pretreatment not working on pet stains, and didn't charge for something that would be ineffective anyway. Our carpets looked nice, and no "after smell" of wet carpet.

The carpet we had cleaned was old and tired and very stained. Our technician worked very hard to get it was clean as he possibly could since we aren't replacing the carpet for a few months. He was prompt, professional and we were so pleased with his hard work and the outcome!
