They were in-and-out very quickly. Super efficient.
Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. A technician called to say they could come out earlier and if that didn't work out, another technician would still be by to pick up the area rug. The technician came out, assessed my area rug and adjusted my quote. Everyone is highly professional.
