We had Zerorez out to clean all our carpets.
Our two technicians were both friendly and professional. In addition to current soil, they were able to remove stains that were 9 years old! They made sure we were satisfied with their work, at all stages of the process.

Tech called 30 min before arrival.
Showed care for our entryway w/ a protective may.
Got right to work and displayed the utmost of professional approach to cleaning our carpet.
Without asking, he shared technical information about carpeting and carpet cushions.
We have been using Zerorez for many years because of out satisfaction with their technicians.

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets for years and I never hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Our most recent cleaning was done by Ajae and he was such a nice young man. Very polite and services and prices are always explained and agreed to beforehand. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
