The whole experience was wonderful! All of steps were so easy , from the gal that booked the appointment: she was very kind and helpful. I received a 48 hr reminder call and the day before the appointment they notified me again regarding my time slot for the service. The day of the service, I received a call from Keith, the senior technician that his arrival time would be about 20 minutes . Keith was fantastic! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the cleaning process and suggested some good ideas. He was very efficient but very thorough. We had Heilen Ceballou clean our carpets on Saturday May 2. She was on time, explained everything she was going to do, and did an EXCELLENCE job !!!! (the carpets hadn't been cleaned in 2 years and they look like they are brand new again !) She was very professional ! We will have our carpets cleaned again either this fall or next spring and we will be sure to ask if Heilen will do them again !!! We have had you before and have recommended you to our friends. I booked an appt for carpet cleaning with Zerorez for Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 10a.

Your employee, Dillion called 20 minutes before his arrival, arrived on time, he was professional, and courteous, knowledgeable about carpets, and very reasonably priced.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend! The carpet looks nearly new and there is no smell of chemicals.

I also appreciate Dillion followed distancing guidelines for C19 by wearing a mask, gloves and booties.

I love that you don’t use tons of harsh chemicals, and everyone I’ve spoken with - at home shows, on the phone to schedule, and employee who arrived at my hone - has been so kind and knowledgeable.

Everything. Products are environmentally-friendly and pet-friendly. Customer service is top-notch; professional, friendly and do a wonderful job everytime.
