It’s not harmful to pets & the guy who did it was helpful & did a great job.
At time of order, I would have appreciated knowing closets in the carpeted rooms were not included. It was disappointing. The technician did one closet and did not charge us. The other closet was not cleaned. I don't understand how closets in the room are not included.

I accidentally ordered air duct cleaning versus carpet cleaning, when they showed up the technician called dispatch and got the right technician same day, they were professionals and the carpets looked brand new.
