Zerorez was extremely easy to work with! I had to cancel the first appointment and the 2nd one they canceled due to weather. The roads were glare ice that morning and truthfully any company that values the safety of its employees over profits is fine with me! Now with the cancelation we were on a strict time frame (selling house and they had to be done by a certain date) however they were awesome at rebooking my appointment quickly and made sure we were first for the day so we met our deadline. Not only was that amazing but the carpets looked great and the technician was very nice. Would reccomend them to anyone!
