The Zerorez technician arrived on time, explained how my carpets would be cleaned and answered my questions. The technician, Carlos, did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I am very impressed. I definitely would use Zerorez again!

The Technician was professional and answered all our questions. Now that we have had the first carpet cleaning the technician Chris actually advised us that the original protectorant provided by the original carpet is now cleaned away and that we will need to add protectorant in the future.
We will check into protectorant for our specific carpet.

My husband asked the technician when he appeared tp be done if he was going to remove the fuzzy nubs from the front of the sofa. The tech replied we don't do that. My husband then got some masking tape and removed them. I would think for what you charged to clean the sofa he should have done that. Don't you agree??

My carpet was soaked and still damp after 48 hours..ive had 4 ceiling fans and 4 other freestanding fans going since the time it was finished. I still can't move anything back . Seems like excessive water was used or not dried up enough. The technician was courteous and kind but I don't plan to use zerorez again for the length of time I was with very wet carpet
I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The tech was very thoughful and professional.
Making athe appointment was simple. I was remined sevral times prior to the appt. Jeff did a thorough job and carpets looks great.

Sol has a 'can do' attitude for work and since he's been here before, he jumped right in and did a great job. He also advises us on how to maintain good care for our carpet. The office is friendly and keeps us informed during the process. We will continue to recommend Zerorez.

In the past we have used Zerorez and have been satisfied. Not this time. After a few days the carpet and couch are still not dry. Also not satisfied with the representative who was very negative as to his ability to clean a shag carpet (which Zerorez had done previously).
