The technicians are always on-time, professional and very thorough. Jeremy did a great job cleaning my light colored couch. It looks totally rejuvenated and it dried beautifully. My carpets are so clean and no chemicals were used that leave residues. The communication was really great -- a confirmation sent a couple days before and then a phone call the morning of cleaning giving me an estimated time of arrival, which was accurate.

Eduardo was so friendly and professional. He did a spot clean of anything that needed it and then cleaned the carpets. He cleaned 2 of our area rugs and did an excellent job. The 4 bedrooms, master closet and area rugs were all finished in less than 2 hours.

First of all, I was charged for 3 rooms, however the technician only cleaned one room. He refused to clean my 2 rugs, stating he didn’t know the content of the fabric. I am a repeat customer. He (Jeff) cleaned one room only then when I asked for him to help me replace the tables over the rug that he refused to clean he stated “it depends on how much it weighs” I am 92 years old, my daughter is 65 years old, we moved the tables ourselves prior to his arrival. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied in the lack of service I received. I will Never use your service again. I will be posting my disappointing experience on Yelp. He was here less than 30 minutes total! 😡
