Chris was great. Notified when he would be at the house. Was on the early side of the time range we were given. Service was great, very thorough. Like that detergent didn’t have to be pumped through the carpet. Carpet did stay wet for longer then we would have like but everything turned out well and happy with the results. Pet stains gone!
Your staff was respectful,informative, and careful. I knew the cost up front plus additional treatments I could have if I chose. Watching them clean I found them thorough. Theyspent time at particularly stained areas. Also preventative as far as leaving mats elevated to dry and putting guards under furniture legs to stop staining
