Everything is clean , carpets are soft and there is no residual smell of chemicals. Love the service
We continue to use Zerorez at home and at work. Every service has been top notch!
Service tech was on time, polite and efficient. The pricing is fair and the whole process seemed to take a shorter time than the traditional carpet cleaning service used previously. Drying time was about the same as the hot water extraction process and the carpets are clean. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Small, little extras make a huge difference. I knew a carpet cleaner couple. They did little things like clean an area rug without charging the customer. They loved doing those nice little touches.

Zerorez products are earth friendly but very effective at the same time! We would not ever consider another carpet service and have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now and they treat us awesome!! Brian is our carpet technician and not only is he the best but he is a very humble and respectful young man! But you can’t go wrong with any of their technicians! We luv u zerorez!!!!!!!
