Very nice technician
I like the idea of not using harsh chemicals on my rugs. I’ve used the company before and will again.
I really like that it is a safe product for my family.
We have used Zerorez previously, however this time we were a bit disappointed. It seemed that more time could have been spent in extracting the water. It took over 24 hours for some parts of the carpet to dry. I had spent a great deal of effort and time 'prepping' the areas we wanted cleaned with removing furniture other than three couchs, so the areas were clear for access. I showed representative the areas needing attention and after he left I had to go back over a couple of those spots myself as they were not addressed as well as they could have been. We felt the previous service was done better.

I was very impressed with the young man, Darren E, who cleaned my carpets and his pitch for the Puhr system. I decided to let him air purify my entire residence and am more than satisfied with the results. My carpets are also back to their new and perfect condition. I've used Zerorez for quite a will now and will continue to do so.

I already wrote and posted my experience with Zerorez yesterday.
Jorge was the technician that came to my house to clean my carpets. He was professional, well groomed and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in my two bedrooms. He offered me scotch guarding for a discounted price and I accepted. He used tarps to protect my laminate flooring and door edge guards to prevent scratching from the hoses. Awesome job!
My carpets are champagne beige and 35+ years old and after Zerorez finishes they look like new.

I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpets for the past 7 years and would never consider using another company regardless of their promotional. Zerorez has always done a great job! Their technicians are polite & courteous, show up on time and give me a fair price.
Lack of residue and dries quickly.
Didn’t authorize charges and never received a call back after calling to complain about it.
Brett was on time and he offered me options for the sofa cleaning.
I decided to have the sofa scotch guarded and I was glad for his advice.
The sofa was completely dry the morning after.
