Very pleased with the customer service, the process was efficient and thorough. It was only 70 degrees that day yet my family room carpet dried in about 7 hours and my stairs dried by the next morning. Very impressed with the look of my carpet!!

We found and purchased you guys through a Groupon deal, but I think you guys do a great Job, your Technicians (we had the pleasure of working with Daniel Haire) were super friendly and very professional. Never once felt pressured into extra cleaning or products and they kept true to their word. Sometimes with Groupons there is always the Groupon cost, then pushy upsell tactics, but NONE of this with Daniel and Zerorez. He was a great technician and I will ONLY use you guys from now on, and you have my referral to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY from now on. Thanks and keep up the great customer service, you guys are awesome!
