I like that there are no soaps used. The men cone on time and do a very good job.

I have been happy with the service provided by each technician who has been to my home. The cleaning is thorough and doesn't have odors that give me a headache.

Pet odors were not eliminated.

Carpet cleaner cleaned heavy soiled stains on carpet plus the carpet was dry in a day. The Technition was careful moving things around and very pleasant.

I've used Zerorez for a number of years and my carpets stay clean longer, are dryer when the technician has finished the cleaning, and he always arrives when he is scheduled to be here. This time I needed help! We had a major plumbing leak that caused water to soak my bedroom carpet. I called Debbie at Zerorez and she came to my rescue. She located a technician that could come right away. Soon Eduardo arrived, used a machine to extract the water from the carpet and then cleaned the area. When he left, you couldn't tell the bedroom had been flooded. The price for this service was very reasonable. I've always found that ALL of the personnel I've come in contact with at Zerorez have been friendly, efficient, and helpful. I will continue to use Zerorez, Orange County and will continue to recommend their service.

Was expecting more of a reduction in dog urine odor. Aside from that the service was very professional.

I love the fact that it is a more natural way to clean vs heavy chemicals.
I have an orange couch and it came clean beautifully. I also had an antique white chair and he was able to get a bad stain out.

The treatment worked very well on my nylon carpeting. Was not pelased with my wool carpeting.

No harsh chemicals or smells. Technicians are polite and efficent.
