I used zerorez for the first time about a week ago. We have new carpet in our home a I didn't want to use a harsh chemicals, or any type of chemicals. Jorge Martinez came to my home and explained to me how zerorez is different. I was impressed with his work and his attention to detail. I will be using Jorge from zerorez again.
I've had my carpets done by various companies and your company Zerorez is hands-down the best. I will never again hire another company because the difference is so remarkable. Darren did a great job on my carpets and upholstery. The chairs are cleaner than I ever imagined they would be! Darren was efficient, considerate, polite, pleasant and on time. Zerorez is wonderful because there is no horrible chemical smell! Thank you for a job well done!

We prepared the rooms in advance as best we could but there was still a lot of furniture moving to be done. Rashad was very patient with us and helpful. Could not have asked for better service from anyone.
