I really liked technician Matt who was on my job, but there were still dirty areas after he was finished that he said he couldn't get out. After he left, I used the Zerorez cleaner that he left me and a damp rag and I hand cleaned the dirty areas. I was able to get them clean with not much work and my damp rags were filthy black. I have only used Zerorez to clean my carpets, but now I wonder how clean are they really, and I shouldn't have had to scrub them after you left. I have always referred Zerorez to friends, but I probably will not in the future.

I have been using Zerorez for about 8 years, that should say a lot right there. The technicians are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My carpet always feels and smell fresh after it's cleaned and I have 2 cats that give it a test.

Rashad did an excellent job cleaning my carpeting. He was able to get out all the many stains. He was also very professional.

I must have miscommunicated with my order over the phone because I said, "I wanted tile in my 2 bathrooms done." From my previous orders that meant the shower walls. When the tech arrived, he said there was only 1 bath order which meant floors. To do the walls is a different charge and process. After completing the carpets cleaning around 4pm, he didn't have any plastic cups to put under furniture, he said they were back ordered. I asked, "What can I do instead?" He suggested baggies or aluminum foil under table legs, etc.which I did myself after he left. When we started I had asked if the couches in the living room could be moved and cleaned underneath. This wasn't done. In years past this has always been done and little Styrofoam blocks place underneath to raise the couch while carpet dries. I was very disappointed and may not be calling again.

By the way, our service tech, Robert Keith, was a professional. He set up his hose making sure not to scratch the corner walls, cleaned some tough spots that we thought would never come out, and you could tell he enjoys what he does. He is a superstar!
