We have used Zerorez services for several years now & have always been extremely satisfied. This time of cleaning 4 rooms was no different! Francisco did an excellent job in getting out some stains & our carpeting, which is several years old now, looks brand new & feels wonderfully soft. We feel we can always depend on Zerorez to do the best job possible!

The reps that come out are always communicative about ETA’s, courteous and knowledgeable. My carpet is terrible but they manage to give it some more life, I’m always happy with the results.

The lining UNDER and on top of carpets buckled badly. I called to see if it could be fixed and they said that they only clean the surface! Steam goes down and it is a mess! The gal referred me to a carpet repair!!! It is a huge job as I have furniture on top.

I like knowing my carpets have no soap residue on them after being cleaned! I also like the customer service provded from when I schedule the cleaning to the friendly and knowledgeable technicians that clean my carpets. Thank you for great service! My daughter is now using XeroRez to clean her carpets!

When I had a problem following the cleaning, the tech (Eric) came back and corrected it.

I have contacted your team requesting a refund on a love seat which still had dirt marks and stains after cleaning. I also spoke to a representative who said she would bring it to her managers attention and he would get back to me. Nothing has been done and I never heard back from anyone. It has been over a week and I have expressed my concerns and suggested it might be time to take my criticism to social media. I had to have clean surfaces because of surgery so I washed the covers on the sofa and used dove and stains and dirt came out. Shall I write this in a review on social media?

My carpets look great. He worked hard and did a good job. Wish I could have gotten the area rug too but the charge was way too much for what I was already spending to clean 4 rooms and living room. I would highly recommend them.
