As a property manager, I have used Zerorez in several of my vacation rental homes over the years and they have always done a great job. I've used the carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning and area rug cleaning and it has all been top notich.

I had blood stains on the bedroom carpet from my elbow injury. The stains were not removed after the first visit and were not removed from the second visit. The stains were not visible right after the technician finished, but showed up again after the carpet dried the next day. Looks like the technician did the best he could with two attempts. I'll look around for other methods.
I like the people and they do a thorough job.

Your scheduling was efficient and easy. Your service technician (Jared) was an EXCELLENT representative of your company (he was efficient, polite, enthusiastic, and very considerate of our home and furnishings).
I learned later that you also do cushion cleaning - had I known that i would have also booked that. I recommend that when future clients set up appointment you suggest that they can ad don additional services such as the cushion cleaning. I will include that the next time I hire your company to do our carpets.
