Hello,
Brett did a nice job- he was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient.
Last night before we went to bed, we noticed some buckling of the carpet in 3 of the rooms, which was not there prior to the cleaning. The buckling seemed to be from the carpet lifting. In two rooms, it is up against a wall, and in one of those, it needs to be reattached to the carpet nails. In another, it's buckled against the threshold to our bathroom tile, and in the 3rd room looks like it has almost remedied itself now that it's dry.
I'll be giving a call tomorrow to let you know how the buckles look, and to see if we can get a technician here to reattach the carpet to the nails. I am happy to provide photos.

Ryan was so professional- he was punctual and he did an extraordinary job cleaning our carpet. Having two small kids, the carpets can get worn and disheveled very easily, but now they look brand new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Ryan!

Steve the gentleman who showed up to do the work was helpful to move a few things I couldn’t did a fantastic job on the floor and the tile as I had to have the tile done before and it wasn’t very good from another service but this was awesome and us everything smelled good once he was finished cleaned up after himself so I would highly recommend it -my girlfriend who had hers done and I saw her finished floors and she was very satisfied with them also
I've used Zerorez for years. This time, the cleaning was done much quicker than usual, and there are brown marks on the carpet that indicate the solution wasn't extracted properly. I would really appreciate if the company could come back and redo those areas. Thanks!

The carpet dries faster than other methods, smells chemical free and fresh and our four-year-old carpet looks like new!
