I’ve been using this company for years and have always had prompt professional service
We had your company come out on Friday to clean the carpets and stone flooring.
The carpets look good. The stone however has spots all over it. They used some sort of spray and then a buffer I believe. I'm not sure if the used the buffer in some areas. I think if they would have I would not have the spray spots all over the floor.
Very professional and hard working
Was happy with the work done , but I did include my 2 small chairs to be cleaned when I called on my request and I paid $300 which is the same request from last year per the girl from your company that took my order ....and the guy that came said it wasn’t in the order and it would be an additional $70 each chair which wasn’t correct but I didn’t want to paid the additional fee when I didn’t last year . Other than that everything was good .
We were impressed all the stains came out in our stairway where it was the most soiled. Will use Zerorez again!

They were polite, professional, very friendly and took their time to do an excellent job on our carpets and our white sofa and chair. Everything looks amazing!
