This is the second time I have used Zerorez. In both cases, Fe service person was polite and very hardworking. The results are great. My grout, area rugs and upholstered chairs look like new. No harsh chemicals are used and the cleaned items dry quickly.

Our technician, Gabriel was great. Our carpets look brand new and I really like the feel, so soft instead of stiff like previous carpet cleaners have left them. Price was a little high.

Thorough cleaning always satisfied

after the technician left I took a wet clean unused towel and ran it across the kitchen floor and it was dirty. I do not feel that the vinyl floor was thoroughy cleaned.
