We have used Zerorez for several years. I originally chose them because their products are chemical free...and safe for children and pets. Through several cleanings now, I see that our carpets have a cleaner feel when you walk on them, and no residual cleaning odor. Their technicians are very hard working, professional, and knowledgeable. We recommend them to neighbors and friends.

My off white carpet looks so clean. It took a couple of days to dry but there are no spots. It is super clean.

There is no smell and my friend thought I had gotten new carpet!
