Zerorez is one of the best service companies I have ever used! A friend of mine referred Zerorez to me and I am so grateful for that! Brian and Carla in the office were so professional, kind and helpful in making my appointment and answering my questions! We were lucky to have Kyle clean our carpets. He was on time and explained what he was going to do before he started and gave me tips as he was cleaning. He made our 16 year old carpets look like new and he was a pleasure to have in our home! I will have them back to clean my wood floors as well. I would never use any other company and would 100% recommend them!

The carpets came out great but we have a problem. There is a large chip out of the corner plaster (photo inclosed). Our housekeeper could not see it without stepping on the carpet. The cleaner told her there was a small spot on the wall. You can see it is not a small spot. She also noticed they did not put the usual orange bumpers on these inside corners. How do you suggest we handle this?
