I like the pre-cleaning contact, the on time arrival with phone calls prior to arrival, the equipment is clean and fairly quiet for a carpet cleaner, I like the way they protected our home from any potential damage that might occur. The worker was skilled and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The end result was our carpets looked like new and they use very little water so it dries quickly. They don’t use harsh chemicals, they will drink what they put down on the carpet. This is a great company!

This is our third time using Zerorez in the past two years and we couldn't be happier. The work was done efficiently, and the technician was friendly and informative. The carpet areas were clean and dried easily over night.

The online schedule process was easy, the service person was friendly, professional, and conscientious of our walls and special considerations (daughter finishing up a zoom class), communicated arrival, and we were please with the results. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner, they dried relatively quickly and there was no bad odor. Couldn't give it a 10 because although we know you get what you pay for it, it is still a bit pricey for many.

Professionalism of the service personnel

The cleaning & sealer process was quick and dried fast. The finished product brought our couch and area rug back to life. I will have them back for hardwood and travertine clean/seal.

It is wonderful to be able to hire someone you trust to be in your home. He was cheerful, respectful, and knowledgable.

When Zerorez cleans my carpets, my carpets always look brand new, even though they are 10 years old! Not only are the spots out, but the color is refreshed, the pile is lifted and they smell clean. I always recommend Zerorez over the chemical and soapy companies.

my general feeling about zerorez is they are not the cheapest option out there, I COULD pay less, but the quality and service at zerorez is why we keep coming back.
