I've used Zerorez many times and am always impressed with the work performed and this was no exception. Your technician was friendly, very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
The liquid that you use makes a difference in the cleaning of our carpets. The real differentiator was Sal your Senior Tech. The moment that we opened the door right up to the time he left he was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and one of the best customer representatives that we have had anywhere in a long time. Just to put your mind at ease, we are not related to Sal. When Sal departed my wife and I looked at each other and said wow how pleasant was that experience. You can not train a person to present themself as Sal did to us. It just comes naturally. I was in sales with a large communications company for 25 years and I know a good salesperson when I see one. He is better than that. We asked if it is possible to ask for him on our next cleaning and he said it is possible. Great news. We are looking forward to our next experience with Sale.

Before even starting the cleaning process, the technician indicated that my carpet stains would not likely come out, my high-traffic areas would look like a 'shadow' and the urine smell from my incontinent dog would likely get worse not better. He then spent a measly 40 minutes (tops) cleaning 3 rooms of carpet and 3 area rugs. He didn't even go over the high traffic areas a second time to try to get them as clean as possible. The entire process left me feeling like I wasted my time and my money. I didn't expect the impossible, but I expected better.This is so not like my usual Zerorez experience.
We have been using Zerorez now for well over 5 years since discovering them in S.D. Now living in Temecula, we continue to use them and could not be happier. Steve was our tech last visit and he was insanely good at getting our stairs and office areas cleaned in our home! Hats off to him and the Zerorez company for not using harsh chemicals in our home and always being professional and going above and beyond. Thanks again Steve and we LOVE your "OCD" patterns you left on our carpet and the absolutely Great Great job you did for us on Sept. 21st 2020...

The price I was quoted when I made the appt. was not the same price I paid. My family has always counted on Zerorez for reliability and integrity but now I have doubts. It feels like this quote was a switch and bait.
When I made the appt. I was quoted $188 for three rooms (I paid $199) and $50 for an area rug 5x8 (I paid $60).
Earlier in the year I booked a window cleaning appt. and the man was not doing a good job and he did not have the proper equipment (a very tall ladder). I told him to stop the job since he was not getting the windows clean and I was very worried that he might fall while trying to clean the high windows.
I thought I would give you another chance and booked the carpet cleaning but I don't know if I would use Zerorez next time and I will share my experience with my family. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in you as a company.

I like the no residue cleaning and the carpets look great. The two men arrived on time and had guards to protect the door jambs. All of the water used was self-contained on the truck. The two-man crew we are polite and went right to work.I don’t know if it’s the water or the power of the equipment but our carpets were dry in a very short time.

The absolutely best experience of clean carpet and no chemicals. Over the years i have tried several of the big names in the industry but nothing ever came close to the beautiful clean carpet that Zerorez gave me.
I have 2 dogs and all the pet stains are gone. No residual effects of chemicals and i could see the differences while the tech was doing the stairs.
The guys did an awesome job yesterday! Thanks again for great service!

The carpet and the area rug looked great when Matt was finished, plus the rugs were not super wet. Matt was personable and efficient, he moved the necessary furniture and put it back in an efficient and safe manner. My husband and myself are very pleased with the service.
Jorge did a fantastic job on cleaning our ceramic tile, and carpets. He also educated me regarding cleaning it annually to keep the tile in good condition. He cleaned both of my sisters homes which is how I found out his name and requested to have him work on our home. He worked very hard, was very professional, and friendly. We are very pleased and extremely satisfied with our service. Thank you for continued good service on our homes!
