I needed My carpet cleaned in my mobile home as I am listing it to sell. The carpet did not look better in the traffic areas after cleaning. I did not say anything at the time as I was hoping that the carpet would improve after drying and I had the listing agent coming over that same day. I took pictures of the carpet. I asked the tech if he could clean the outside carpet on the landings in the front and back. He had to charge extra for it yet he did not do a good job. I asked him if I could pay by credit card and he noted that I would have to pay an extra $5 fee. I paid by check. For $298 I wished I went elsewhere. The carpet was clean, as expected, however, the carpet was left very wet. It took two days to dry, even with my efforts and warm weather.

He was excellent at explaining all the details of what he would be able to accomplish and how we were to have fans going and all the particulars on how long to keep the drying process, etc. My carpet was extremely stained and when Austin was finished it looked brand new. I am most grateful for the great experience I had with Austin's excellent work. I have already been referring your company to a few of my friends and will continue to do so.
