I have always gotten great service from your technicians. Joshua was great except that he neglected to put protectors under the feet of our furniture. I didn't notice until after he had left our home. He also was unable get out a stain on the carpet that he said was play dough. Do you have a recommendation for a solution forme to try on this blue spot only ¼ inch in diameter? He was able to successfully treat many other stains successfully. I will continue to use Zerorez. Joshua did a fantastic job cleaning every carpeted area in our home and was easy to communicate with.
I’ve used Zerorez for a number of years (on white carpet) and have been very happy with their service. The service people that have done the work have ALWAYS been very accommodating
and friendly. I would be very willing to recommend Zerorez in the future.

I was disappointed that my heavily used areas didn’t come clean. Also, I was told that my carpet would be dry in 8 hours. 2 days later and carpet still wet.

Our Zerorez technician, Steve, was very friendly and accommodating. We asked him to clean our two rugs outdoors, because of our concern about the virus, and he said no problem! He recommended a product to help with the dog stains, and it worked beautifully! We were very happy with the service and would recommend Steve, and Zerorez without any hesitation!

The technicians have always been courteous and on time if not early.
We had a very bad stain and the tech spent a lot of time getting it up. Had carpet tape that we could not remove but tech did a wonderful job. It ended up showing up after the carpet dried and they came back the next day to remove it again.
Robert was on time and paid attention to detail while doing the best job ever we could ask for.
Always very happy with the results. Marcel has been our technician for years and he always does a superb job!
They've cleaned my carpets and sofas numerous times over the years and ALWAYS do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
The actual cleaning process was successful. My carpets look clean and the process was efficient. However the technician was not pleasant. ....I had to ask him to put on gloves on
and when I asked him move 2 end tables because my dog sleeps behind them he said he didn't"t move furniture. He did agree to move them this time but it was company policy not to move furniture. and I quote "I am a carpet cleaner not a furniture mover". I checked the website and it talked about not moving big furniture or electronics.
When I asked him if he was sick or had he been around anyone who had Covid 19 he was evasive and short with me. I am in a high risk group for dying from this virus.
I know this is a hard time for everyone but for those of us who are elderly and live alone it is especially hard when I hire someone who lacks common courtesy. It was the first time in 50 years that I did not tip the technician.
I would like to use your company again to clean the rest of my carpets but I would like a different technician.
When I called to complain to the office Amber was defensive and offered a very insincere apology. She said she would talk to Eduardo. I used to work as a business consultant and would not consider this good customer service.

What I love is the fact that no harsh chemicals are used on my carpet. I must also say that Ronny is a true professional. I enjoy the fact that he comes to clean our carpets.
The way the carpet is cleaned. With your alkaline water and how the technician leaves the Carpet so clean. I have been a zeroez customer for more than 10 years.

One tiny stain still remains on our carpet, but I didn't see it until the next day. Also, I wish my coupon would have been honored, but I learned you cannot apply coupons to the minimum package, and since we have a small house we only needed the minimum.
