Didn't care for tech in comparison to Brian or Keith, in the past. He didn't seem to take much interest.

We LOVE your company!! Your employees, Al and Andrew were super and the job on our carpet was FANTASTIC!!! Al explained all the steps involved and all the options we had for our home. We couldn't believe the difference in having our tile in the bathroom and shower done! It's a miracle!!

They do a good job. I've been using zerorez for the last ten years
I arranged for my elderly parents’ carpets to be cleaned and they hadn’t been cleaned for several years, so they were pretty dirty, including some urine spots from their dog. Zerorez came in and and worked very hard for about 3 hours. He was very respectful, answered my questions and agreed to clean an additional rug for a reasonable price. The carpets look great and since there wasn’t any detergent used, I am hoping that the old stains won’t reappear.
