This is my third time using Zerorez, my technician, Levon had serviced my home before, which was great. Always sows up on time, work is great, my carpets and tile are sparkling clean. I am happy to recommend and will definitely use them again.

We’ve always had good luck with Zerorez. They have knowledgeable people cleaning our carpets and couches. They clean up the areas when they’re done. And Zerorez is always ready to come back out if we have a problem. Zerorez is a little higher than other carpet cleaners. But they’re worth it.
The ease and cleaning power of Zerorez is amazing.
Stains don’t come back and carpet dries quickly.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning to upholstered chairs and a love seat. The chairs had been sitting outside on a patio for a couple of months, and were quite dirty. When Zerorez was done, they were virtually spotless. I would highly recommend their service.
My carpet was disgustingly dirty. In fact, the technician told us if he wasn't already here he would have not even tried to clean it, but he said he'd give it his best shot. I am truly amazed with the results! They look like new. The gentleman who came out was on time, personable, respectful and helpful. I'd heard your ads on the radio for years and knew that when I needed my carpets cleaned I would call you. It's a call that I'm so happy I made!
Service was excellent!! We’re so happy and absolutely will use again.
My carpets are 17 years old and are polyester so other steam cleaning services in the past have had trouble removing stains in the high traffic areas. Ryan did a great job on those areas and because he used your powered water the areas came out cleaner than ever before. I’m happy that you don’t use soap and do use a lot less water so my carpets aren’t soaking wet afterwards. I plan to call Ryan again next year to maintain the clean and keep my carpets fresher longer. I don’t have the budget for new ones yet so I’m very glad I found a company that I can rely on to do the job right for a reasonable price.
We were told the carpet would take 6 to 8 hours to dry. The workers left at 12:30 PM and the carpet was not even fully dry this morning
