My kitchen tile looks amazing, thank you. The other tile in my dining and living room looks awful. I spent an hour washing out white residue from the grout and along the edges by my baseboards I still have white residue.

Zero Rez always does a great job. My carpet is very old and when you worker finishes it looks almost brand new. You worker did an excellent job and was very thorough. We have 4 dogs in the house and have had quite a few "puddles" left around. You must have very good solutions because it took all of the evidence of the puddle spots out.

First of all, I liked the educational video which explained why your product was different from other cleaning agents in common use for carpets. Being that I hold a degree in the science disciplines, I especially appreciated the verbiage explaining your ionized water process.

Jeremy is simply amazing! His effervescent enthusiasm and professional approach toward the task at hand is impressive. When the job was complete, the carpet looked like it 'was standing at attention', so fresh and more beautiful than when brand new.

The technician was very good. However, there are some areas that are still wet after more than 24 hours. I am wondering if he extracted enough of the cleaning solution?

The spots are gone and my carpet looks great again. It is just the areas that are still damp that concern me.

Efficient and pleasant

Several spots were left this time. I have always been happy with Zerorez and have used several times but not so much this time. Carpet was more dirty this time but rep was not nearly as nice as my last one and not as apologetic. we did not click. I am not nearly as pleased.

Fantastic job of cleaning our very dirty carpet.
Never would have believed how good it could look. And no soap left to attract dirt.
The technician was on time friendly and with no trying to up-charge. Loved it!

For the last several years I have only used Zerorez because it is always a thorough clean. I have nearly white carpet, so I know what I’m talking about. My last appointment a couple weeks ago was no different... Jacob was professional and courteous - as all the cleaning technicians have been. He was prompt, polite and handled the machinery to and from my 3rd floor condo with ease. Super clean carpets AND all done by a kind professional - that’s a win-win for me!

Andrew was our Tech....... he called letting me know he was on the way with a eta. Pleasant an well versed in what we needed for a good cleaning. He did a superior job compared to other carpet cleaners

I've been using Zerorez for years, I love everthing about them, the guys have always been on time, friendly and professional. I have a dog and pet stains are always an issue, but they always manage to get them all out.

I have received conflicting info from the last two technician regarding rugs/rooms. I also think the service is very expensive.

You guys do a great job. But I’m starting to feel like there are a lot of add ons and upcharges. Your advertised price should be the price, not a “plus water fee”.
