I hired you for tile and grout cleaning for my master bath. There was no cleaning of grout. It appeared that the tile was power washed and no cleaners used to clean grout. Additionally, water spots were tracked on my wood floor outside the bath. It was equivalent to me mopping the floor.

The services were very good

The performance of the carpet cleaning was great but we received two separate appointment confirmation emails on different days and cleaner believed he was only cleaning a rug not three rooms. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement with the back office

The cleaning was fine but the Scotchguarding
Was a waste. I noticed that when it was applied it didn’t seem to be very thorough.
We had water spilled on it and it soaked right through.

For the first time, I felt in hindsight that I may have allowed myself to be upsold, with a protective glaze for the tile he cleaned and a Scotchguard like spray on our carpets. I can’t remember ever being offered add-in’s, much less agreeing to them in the past. My bad for not doing the math when he made those suggestions, but with the bill exceeding $500, I did have buyers remorse. Still love Xerorez, but I won’t make that mistake in the future.
