I had my hardwood flooring cleaned for the first time. I see the difference in how clean my floor is as well as the nice sheen. I have had my area rug and couch cleaned and I have been very pleased in the past. I will definitely have the floor cleaned again.
In some areas urine smell is very strong. Some areas may have been missed.

I like the timely manner, the professionalism, the quick service, and the efficiency of the cleaning.
The technician (Sal) was very courteous and called to let us know that he would be coming towards the middle of the window instead of the beginning. Once he arrived, he was careful to protect our home and did an excellent job on our tile and carpets. We’re so happy with the results!

I am concerned about the amount of water that was used. We have wool area rugs and I know they absorb water but it took a long time for them to dry and I don't think that much water is good for the backing.
