quote the price from the beginning, not wait until person is in my home and say "it I want the spots removed it will cost X more dollars"
Excellent customer service and efficient
Great service. Called to let me Know when he would be arriving and was right on time. Took care with all of my belongings and kept his mask on the entire time. Great price too.

Zerorez has taken care of the condo carpet for 5 years now (every 6 months) and it looks brand new after each visit. With 2 mid-size dogs they help us each and every time. We can’t say enough good things about Zerorez! Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

Brett (my technician) did an excellent job (like he has previously) cleaning my carpets. I am a pet sitter and my carpets are a bit challenging with all of the dogs I board. He always does such a great job of getting them super clean!

carpet wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction....and when they offered, the time had lapsed so long and our guests arrived using that room
technician scratched travertine tiles moving an item and no one has gotten back to us to fix.

Brett S our technician arrived on time, was courteous, professional and thorough--he's a great company representative! Our experience was positive and our rugs looked great. My carpets were in terrible shape. And that’s probably an understatement. I scheduled an appointment with Zerorez & Sergio came out. Sergio explained the entire process to me and was very upfront. After Sergio was done, my carpet looked so much better & my house smelled great. Sergio was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. I’m not big on writing reviews but Sergio did such an amazing job that I felt compelled to.
