We are very happy with Zeroez. We found this company online and, based on their excellent rating and reviews, hired them. The house they serviced had older carpet with lots of pet wear and tear. Alex arrived on time, was friendly and professional and honest in what he could and could not do. Because the price was so reasonable and there were stains in every room, I expected additional fees. Not only did Alex exceed our expectations by making the carpet look like new, he stood by the original estimate. I will be hiring Alex at Zerorez to clean the carpet in my home. I am thrilled to have this new resource and highly recommend them.

What could we do to improve?

The service was great...I liked the no smell factor. The carpet dried overnight with residue.
My only complaint is that the small spigots I had grew larger after cleaning. Even after return to redo them they are larger ...seems like the stain is spreading

I've used Zerorez for years, and will only use Zerorez for carpet cleaning. There's peace of mind knowing there are no harsh chemicals used in the process of cleaning the carpet.
This was Gabriel Peretti second visit. It was a pleasure having the LA Operations Manager return to clean the carpet.
After completing my home, Gabriel went next door. My neighbor was so pleased the last time, and was really looking forward to having cleaned carpets again.
Gabriel is such a professional, did an awesome job and deserves many accolades!

I posted this on Yelp yesterday~

I had used ZEROREZ years back and was extremely pleased with the results!

Therefore, I had scheduled an appointment for today to have my carpets (long overdue) cleaned. I actually need to replace my carpet but until then I was confident that Zerorez would do the best and most professional job! Making an on-line appointment was fast and easy. I had a couple of questions before my appointment so I called and spoke to Carla. (Yes, they actual have real people answer their phones!!!) She was friendly, helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions!

This morning, Jeremy Adams was my ZEROREZ Tech. He called ahead of my appointment to give me his ETA which I truly appreciated. Jeremy came to my door; friendly, exceptionally courteous and up-beat and followed all CoVid protocols! I felt comfortable and confident with Jeremy and he jumped right in to cleaning my carpet. I MUST TELL YOU THAT I AM QUITE IMPRESSED THAT JEREMY WAS TO GET MY OLDER CARPET SO CLEAN AND FRESH! I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!

Additionally, and important to me; Jeremy made a great first impression in representing ZEROREZ! I was impressed with his exceptional “Customer Care” and respect that he provided me!

I highly recommend ZEROREZ and their staff! They provide excellent service and customer care!
