Eric did a fantastic job in getting spots up I thought were hopeless. I never thought just using alkaline water would do much of anything. I'm a believer now. And the light citrus scent was nice.

Eric, the technician, was very customer focused, good and helpful. He did a great job, explained things well. After the carpet was dry, I could see that the cleaning was even better than I thought (while it was still wet).

Sal and his helper explained the new services that satisfied my concerns. Looking at doing our tile next time.
