The technician, Sal who came to my home on Dec 29 was wonderful. He let me know exactly what he was going to do, then he did it.

He cleaned my downstairs tile floor beautifully and I'll definitely be keeping it up with regular visits.

He also recommended that I do my outside patio and I'm going to follow up soon for him to do that.

He also advised that Zero Rez cleans rugs and I've already reached out to you to take care of that.

My only wish was that I'd taken a before and after photo as the difference was unbelievable and keep in mind I just had the new tile installed in August.

Brett was spectacular. I will highly recommend him to anyone that is going to use Zerorez! He was extremely nice and polite, and also did a fabulous job in an extremely efficient manner!

We’ve been using Marcel for years. He always does a thorough job on our carpets. They always come out looking new again!

The carpet didn't have a consistently clean look when dried. No spots, just like not everything was gone over evenly.

No chemicals and no smell! The technicians are always courteous and do a thorough job. I would never use anyone else to clean my carpets

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had to call the Tech to return to my home to clean missed areas.

Tech did not:

Wear shoe covers.

Place form blocks under couch/love seat to protect from wet carpet.

Rack carpet.

I did not receive the quality of service that I’m used to from Zerorez.
