Carpet and tile floors look wonderful. Cleaning didn't take hours to complete. Product didn't leave any order in carpet and no residue on the tile. Service representative was very kind and very efficient!

I am amazed how clean my carpets are! I had a puppy who didn’t want to be house trained and peed on the landings while I was out. The carpets were discolored and had a foul odor. The tech came and asked me a few questions and went to work. A short time later I instantly saw the difference in the carpet. The light color was back, there are no stains/spots and the carpet feels bouncy again. I will be doing this service every six months!
On time (even a little early), professional, original estimate was actual cost. Carpets feel clean, not sticky, and bathroom tile looks and feels great!

Carpets are not wet. No smells.
Only concern was that tech was not told the bedroom cleaning cost would be $20. Not sure hi he charged $45 when the promo was $33 per room. But my husband didn’t notice that the charge was high.

Your agent was really nice and respectful, but I’m sorry to tell you that I'm not happy with the outcome of the job, the master bed still stinks, pet odor still exist.
