Love the way my carpets come out and the services is great.
We had a service last week, and while the worker was very professional and polite, he just did not do a good job with the cleaning. Stains still clearly visible and orange and it took overnight for the carpet to dry. i did send an email, and they quickly rescheduled another appointment. Todd came yesterday and did a fabulous job. Stains gone and dried within 4 hours, just like last year. Will definitely utilize again.
The product looks fantastic and the service workers were professional and congenial as well.

Carlos called prior to coming out to let me know his ETA. He came as expected and explained the process as we walked to the rooms getting cleaned. He was very thorough with each explanation and recommendations. He was very clean, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Zeroez to all family members and friends. Zerorez consistently provides fast and friendly service. I have used your services 3 times now and every time the result is awesome. Carpets are clean and everything smells fresh. The technicians are always friendly and explain the entire process, they don't rush, but it never takes as long as I think it is going to take! You cannot beat the price, and there is never the sticky crunchy carpet feel when you are finished. We have pets and always need the bio treatments (which are still REALLY reasonably priced) but the techs never are pushy about upselling, just honest and direct. Thanks for continuing to be a reliable and reputable company.

Carpet and grout look brand new. A little pricy. $380 for an hour and a half of work is a bit much. The guy that cleaned our floors was great though!!

The carpets look and feel really clean. All our stains were removed...even our really bad one's..you can barely see any trace of them. It feels really good to have clean carpets again. Now we just have to get use to taking our shoes off. Thank You
My adult son initially contacted the company from a radio ad. He said it was ‘three rooms free.’ When I received call same day, it was 3 rooms for $99. Anyway, I asked tech to give me quote for whole house. It ended up being $904, which seems really pricey but I’m having new furniture delivered (next week) and so I was pressed for time. Tech seemed nice, personable, and knowledgeable but he was by himself. He told me it would take time to do the work, which was fine with me but then breezed through so fast! Tile in upstairs master bathroom was not cleaned well at all. He didn’t use same tool as he did downstairs. I could see it was wet but after it dried, I could easily see dirt and makeup still there and a Clorox wipe was easily soiled. Pet stains were done quickly and showed within an hour of him leaving when he said he’d take the time to do them right?! No detail work around the edging and spots were missed on tile downstairs, could easily see them next to the tile that got cleaned (after it dried). I would love for a different tech to come by and do the tile and pet stains right. Tech I had was nice and personable but didn’t take the time needed for a $1000 job (because I tipped him $100 on top of $904 total giving him the benefit of the doubt). He’s a good salesman with the ‘quick and efficient’ line but it just didn’t get cleaned thoroughly when he was only there an hour. Otherwise, loved the look of the carpet areas that he went over quickly such as the stairs and bedrooms and like I said, he was nice and personable so I feel bad leaving this message but I want to get what I paid for please... I could only afford to do it because I got my stimulus check same day and decided to splurge on getting the house cleaned thoroughly.
On time, efficient, and quick to get the job done! Rug looked great!
