The carpets looked great! It just took a little longer to dry.
Have your technicians stop pushing other services on us. Once we say no, then they need to stop. I had to hear a sales pitch for extra cleaning 3 times-kind of irritating.

Fast and quick
Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service in Las Vegas. I have used Sears and Stanly Steamer previously and their quality of service is no where near that of Zerorez. Zerorez will be my choice in the future.

Cleaned my tile which looked terrible.. but you stopped half way through a tile. Your tech didn’t even call to ask or tell me or anything. Your tech must have known that I would have to have something done because it looked absolutely ridiculous

The carpet was not clean , like I was expecting all the edges of the carpet where left black ( dirty) my closet was not cleaned, when I was told it would be ... some parts of the carpet felt hard ? Carpet still had dirty spots . I will not be recording this company to anyone . Though you guys were recommended by a really good friend.
