Just seemed like he rushed through the cleaning even after I payed for the additional deep cleaning and pet urine treatment.
Promptness. Friendly. Removed the dark dirty areas in the rug. Drying time was longer than expected. It was the only disappointment.
The carpet cleaning was quick and effective. I liked how the provider walked me through each area with a black light and thoroughly discussed our options and his recommendations. I unfortunately forgot the guys name but he was very friendly and great at his job.
Carpet is clean.
The heavy traffic area in the carpets were quite dirty and I was hoping to have most of the darkness removed. When the cleaning was done, it didn't look like I thought it would and I was told that the fibers were casting shadows and that's why they were darker. Huh??? To me it wasn't cleaned as well as I had hoped given all the hype your website talks about. I even asked if there was any special treatment that could be done that I was willing to pay extra for to make them look cleaner and I was told no.

My stairs don’t look as nice for $209 I was expecting a fantastic job I’m in property management and I have carpet venders and I could have gotten my house done free but I really expected I guess excellent and it’s ok

I would say it was very expensive and for 1000 to clean the house I would expect the carpet and tile to look new. We are trying to sell this house so if we don’t get an offer within a week I think we are going to need to have them come back out and fix this. I see black grout still that looks like it was not even cleaned and a huge stain on the landing that wasn’t there before. Just hoping the new owners can over look that and still make offers. Will follow up next week if we need help.

Carpets don't "feel" clean. Dried with a stiff feeling and we stayed off of them for over 6 hours (they are only 2 years old). Traffic areas by doors didn't come clean & technician said that's normal and didn't seem to care. He tried to upsell me which always happens with these companies and charged me more for my so called oversized bedroom (it's not that big and other rooms are tiny). I moved 80% of the furniture so his job was pretty easy. I asked him if he was putting a piece of plastic or waterproof paper under legs that were heavy and he said they don't do that. Also no paper for the high traffic area. Carpets were just "ok", wouldn't use them again.
A neighbor recommended this company but has never used you. She saw my carpets when done and decided not to use you.
