Zerorez is by far the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. Victor was terrific. They cleaned my entire house in about and hour and a half with terrific results. The carpets were dry about 6 hours late. The only down side; they are the most expensive service available.

Zack called when he was on his way, introduced himself when he arrived, accessed the work that needed to be done and went to work, when he was finished he cleaned up and was on his way. He was very nice and professional and will request him to come back.
I will no longer use your company nor will I refer anyone. We had to scub spots today with our hands , big area less then a hour, stairs are awful.
