My bedrooms were not dirty, but since hallway was being cleaned I wanted to refresh them too. Now my bedrooms have black streaks!!! I have crusty build up in several places and it’s tan/light orange in color. The stairs are the worst! It’s like dirt was pulled from the rest of the stairs and left accumulated at the very edge of each stair. Each stair has a thick black line across it. The whole job took LESS then an hour. Who makes $150 per hour?? Doctors and lawyers do, not carpet cleaners. I am so upset and disappointed. My house is going for sale due to covid and us losing our jobs, so it was not easy for me to pay to have carpet cleaned, and on top of it, it looks so much worse. You need to correct this ASAP. I left voice mail and sent text message with all the photos. I am waiting for your call first thing Monday morning.

I had been contemplating having our carpet cleaned for months. I kept hearing the advertisement on Mix 94.1 and finally booked an appointment. I am absolutely glad I did, our carpet looks so much better. Having five children and pets really did a number on our carpet but now they look amazing. Our tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We loved how our carpet came out downstairs that we immediately booked another appointment for the stairs and entire upstairs. DEFINITELY would recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends.
