the blue light to see stuff in the carpet that i normally couldn't see was cool and the product that kills all the animal bacteria was a nice bonus. the guy who did it (Dale) was super nice, punctual, and professional and, best of all the carpets looked and felt so much cleaner and softer. Also, the price was very reasonable for everything included.
Dale was very nice and didn't push the upscale after we told him thank you but no thank you.Because I am in sales I understand the ART of customer service and I really appreciated him.

Routinely we've contracted with Stanley Steemer. This time we decided to try Zeroex. The results are a much cleaner appearance, fresher smell and faster dry time. I will insist on Wil being our techician next time as well. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough.
You have been here before and do a great job. Your staff are very professional and on time or earlier. They explain what they are going to do how long it is going to take and what you should do after they are gone. I have not had service like this before. these are the only people that will come to my house.

Even after a second appointment to have stains that were not removed the first time cleaned, I'm still a little disappointed in the end result. It's definitely better, but the number of stains still visible and the smell that still resonates is frustrating. I'm still confused as to why we paid so much additional for the pet treatment if it didn't do anything? I was under the impression it was supposed to rid the carpet of stains and smell in order to prevent remarking, however, we've already had remarking by our dogs in a few spots. From what I understand some of the stains are not cleanable and the smell is not removable without full carpet and underlayment replacement; I wish that had been explained to me before bothering to spend the extra money on the pet treatment. Overall, although I'm glad to have cleaner carpets, for the cost, I would either consider another company or not bother with the pet treatment that doubled our cost and didn't change the end result.

Excellent carpet cleaning service! I was just about to buy new carpet & they saved them & they look like new now. Beautiful white carpet again they got all my dogs stains out!. I will be a dedicated customer forever!

The first time was great, but this time, I feel like they hurried and didn't get all the spots out of the carpet. They now have to come back and do it again.
First time customer .... got all the old soup and dirt out leaving a really clean and soft carpeting. And NO harsh chemicals. We are impressed. You have satisfied customers here and we will be doing business with from here on!

Carpets look great this is our second time to use Zerorez. We will use the next time we need our carpets cleaned. The only issue that would have made the experience better this time would have been the punctuality...appointment was set for 8-10....at about 1005 I had to call to see why they were not here yet....tech then called about 5 min later and said would be here in about 20...so he did not get here until about 1030.
