You do a fabulous job, the techs are knowledgeable and professional.
We utilized your company because we like that your product does not leave any residue or use harsh chemicals. I could not be happier with the results or the incredible service provided by Luis! He is incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, personable, skilled, extremely courteous, and all around I couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend him to anyone! I was disappointed that some pet spots could not be removed, but I understand that not all spots can be dealt with. The technician worked hard and overall did a good job.

Carpets are not as clean as I anticipated - possibly due to age of carpet, but I have had them chemically cleaned before and they came out much better. I used Zerorez because of your advertising on KJUL and really expected more.

There was a spot in front of my husbands chair that needed more attention than the rest of the room. The other 2 bedrooms were done excellent, The spot in front of my husbands chair is still there. I called to complain ( which I never do ) they are sending another technician out to look at it and I may have to pay more to get it done.
They smell good and our environmentally safe.
