Wonderful service! Our technician, Seth, was extremely friendly and took his time to really make sure our carpets and tile got cleaned. Everything looks brand new. He definitely takes pride in his work. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!

I liked that you called the day before to confirm appointment and then called the morning of appointment to confirm you were on your way. Technician explained process in detail. Cleaned carpet does not feel like it has any product left in it, it feels clean.
As a mom I love the natural cleaning solution, I don't have to worry about my kids playing in chemical residue. I was very impressed by how cleN my carpets were when David finished. Our carpet is 6 years old, had never been cleaned and had several pet stains. After being cleaned there was no evidence of staining at all! Finally, David the service tech that did the job was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job and I will ask for him by name when I schedule future sevices.

The products clean well, smell great and last long. I've used Zerorez before and knew the carpets would look great after they were cleaned. Patrick worked hard and had the carpets spotless in around an hour. Then he showed me how well they can clean tile and grout. I had no idea...WOW. After seeing how well the tile in the kitchen cleaned up, I just had to have the rest of the tile done. What a difference! The tile really does look "like new" Thanks Patrick and Zerorez for a super professional job.

I like that you use all natural products and the results are fabulous. My carpets, wood floors and ceramic tile floors are all so nice and clean. Patrick and David did such a great job. Patrick explained the process thoroughly before starting and there were no surprises at the end of the service. They charged exactly what was quoted to me. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
