I liked that the stains and the pet orders went away. Prior to your service my living room smelled like a rotten hamster pen.

He had no objection when we asked for two additional items to be cleaned while he was here, which we appreciated very much. The carpet, rugs, couch and loveseat that he cleaned look wonderful. They work...I especially appreciated the fact that the technician did not try to persuade me to purchase additional services I had not requested. He presented me with options for the future and acknowledged that I was on a budget. There were no high pressure sales tactics which I have encountered with other companies. The work was completed in a timely manner and the carpet looks great...The tech was on time, polite, personable and professional.

I was mostly impressed with the tile floor cleaning. It looked as new as when first installed. The grout was spotless! I was however disapointed when after spending 600.00 I was asked to purchase the "spot cleaner" package for $25.00. For that kind of investment I would have expected it to be a complementary gift. That was a huge turn off to what would have been a perfectly happy and satisfied customer. Not a good PR approach in my estimate and experience with your competition in this competitive business market. thanks.

Timely, excellent customer service. The gentleman who came to clean our couch was very professional and did an excellent job.
Your process is awesome, my carpets look and feel brand new. I just had one question. I called because I heard the radio adverisment on WOKV. I thought the ad said "three rooms cleaned and protected for $99. However, I paid an additional $50 for the protection. Was that to be included or did I get an additional treatment?

Well so far everything seems great as all of the spots came out. The proof will be in a couple of weeks, because you know as well as I do that the spots will reappear. I'm hoping not but with other cleaning services they have. I'm very pleased with the results this far and have already sang your praises to my friends. Patrick, who did the job, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. And the products have a very fresh smell. The carpet dried nicely. I have spring breakers coming next week and now I don't have to be ashamed of how my carpet looks!

Dries quickly, smell pleasant.
The carpet stays clean for quite awhile. Other methods seem to get dirty in a month after the service.
No residues is left and carpets look great after the job is completed. I also appreciate that the company has come back out a couple of days later because a known spot that was treated slowly started to show up again. The company has great technicians. They are polite, clean and helpful to move the furniture if needed.
I like the products they use to clean carpet. Carpet is not wet for hours either.
The service was superb. Seth was professional, courteous, and got the job done. I was completely happy with the service I received and would recommend Zerorez to family and friends. The products used were not overbearing and seemed to dry fairly quickly.
