Our technician was very thorough in telling us the steps of his procedure and putting in extra effort for some difficult stains. It was great working w/ Zerorez once again.

Very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. The tile and grout cleaning was a waste of money as it looks no better than it did before Zerorez cleaned it. Won't do that again.

The attitude of the associate who did the cleaning job was very kind, he was talkative and seemed like a very nice person. I was very disappointed to see that the stains that I was under the impression of "upgrading" from the $139.00 to the $199.00 cleaning would be removed or at least subdued to the point of "hardly noticeable. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I still have stains that my wife is now going to try to get out using some of her "time consuming" methods. I don't blame the cleaning associate for the inability to remove the stains, he can only do the best with what he has to work with. I just feel that the extra $60.00 should have been a little more of a reliable upgrade. All in all, I will recommend Zerorez to neighbors or friends that ask however, explain to them, it will remove generally Light dirt and I will include the caveat of the great likelihood of stains not being able to be removed.
