Our daughter has wanted her carpets cleaned for quite awhile, and when we heard that Zerorez was running a special, we decided now was the time to do it. Our technician was Kendall, and we were very impressed with his friendliness and expertise. He took his time, explained all of the steps he was taking, told us about the products he was using, and patiently answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and was actually able to get some stubborn stains out that we thought might be there permanently. We were very pleased, and now, we are planning to have more rooms cleaned in the near future.

The Certified Technician Mathew Collins did an excellent job. Our tile and grout looks brand new, just as it id when we first moved into this brand new home a little over a year ago. Mike has rebuilt my trust in the quality of title and grout cleaning that Zerorez provides.
