Actually, I liked the employee more because, she is very sensitive to how a customer is feeling and he read my body language to know I was not very much pleased with his first efforts on my stairs and he re-do them without a single word from me. its a very good customer service element to have that you would pick on your customer's body language and voice projection. i am giving him a 10 because of that!

Service technician was on time, personable, efficient and focused on quality. Carpets look and smell clean and fresh. Cost was as advertised - very reasonable. Service appointment took just as long as predicted (about 1.5 hours for 3 rooms plus a hallway).
