The technician was very nice explained what he was going to do & how long it would take. With a hitch in getting started his equipment would start so had to leave & meet his boss & get a different van in about hour & 10 min later arrived. then started the cleaning & was Done & gone in about 45 min. very pleased with the out come looks great. We had some rally dirty spots & they are now clean.
This was the best experience I have ever had with carpet cleaning. Matt came to our home and was so courteous and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and then performed the cleaning and we are so impressed with the results. Our carpet looks like new! Your staff is extremely efficient, flexible with our schedule, friendly beyond compare, and the technicians have done an AMAZING job each time. There's nothing better than coming home to fresh-smelling, amazingly clean carpeting after you've paid a visit!
There was a black mark on the carpet when the cleaning was completed. The young man from Zerorez claimed it was from the furniture being on wet carpet previously. A chemical reaction with your cleaning product.
However, I rubbed this mark with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and it came out. You may want to invest in some of these!
Quick drying time plus minimum amount of water used on carpet

I had Zerorez come out 2 times over the past month. Both times the technicians were polite and knowledgeable; got right to work and out of here in just over an hour. We had a grease stain from a refrigerator in our family room that I did not expect to come out and IT DID!!! I have used the bottle of spotter that he gave me and have tried it on a spot in the bedroom carpet. It Works!!! I will call Zerorez again.
I like that you don't use chemicals. Kyle was very professional but friendly. He accomodated my timing and he explained what he was doing in depth. He just couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating.
