To begin with I so appreciated how friendly and accommdating the staff were when I scheduled my appointment with them. Very friendly and willing to work out a time that would work best for me. The day they arrived the technician was so nice and friendly. He introduced himself and explained the procedure and how he was going to do it. Was willing to answer any questions and was very professional. It was truly a no hassle experience and the carpets look great! Listening to the advertisements every morning on WHO had a big impact on how I made the decision to choose Zerorez. And I will not hestitate to recommend you to fanily and friends!

Prompt. Clean. Price was fair. We have yet to receive the one rug back. It was scheduled for return this Friday, yet found they could not produce it back by that day. They are expected to call tomorrow. Hope it could be by Monday rather early. Depending on when that rug gets back, then it may be okay to publicly share our name.
