Clean carpet

I definitely feel my carpet is cleaner and NO residue. I have had other companies clean my carpet and it did not feel so soft after drying. Also, the employee (I forgot his name) who came to my house was very knowledgeable in dealing with my concerns. We have an older dog that has been soiling our basement carpet. He discussed the procedure to help lift and clean pet stains. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 friends.

Great work, friendly guys and wore booties and cleaned up after themselves.

The technician showed up on time and was friendly and professional. With a toddler and a dog, I wasn't sure if my floors would ever really be clean again. When the technician was finished, my carpets looked, felt, and even smelled like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez to friends and family, and I will definitely call again the next time my floors need cleaned.

Had a problem after the carpet was cleaned on Monday,I called the office on Tuesday morning, and the person in the office was very nice, and we had a nice young man, Josh, here first thing Wednesday morning, he re-cleaned the areas that were soiled from the first shampoo. We had the problem taken care of with kindness. We are very happy with people, results and will highly recommend this company.

I was disappointed that there was no "orange" smell when I came home from work and walked into the house. The last time you folks cleaned our carpets, there was an orange smell for almost a week. This time there was nothing like that. I appreciated the techs telling us why then could not clean our sofa and loveseat, rather than just trying to clean it and possibly tearing the fabric.
