Christian called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was prompt and professional and quickly got to work. The carpets were cleaned in no time and looked great! He gave me instructions on helping it to dry quickly and moving the furniture back. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Really friendly employee explained the whole process and costs very clearly. Showed up within the time window and was finished on time as well. Had expertise when it came to treatment options we may need. Our carpets are super clean now! Really impressed with the process and how well it worked.
